These terms apply when you use liaisongrp.com, partner.liaisongrp.com, or Portal, our partner app at app.liaisongrp.com/portal. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Who we are
Liaison Group LLC, doing business as Liaison ("Liaison," "we," or "us"), is an Arizona limited liability company.
Liaison connects people who want to buy, sell, or finance a home with vetted real estate agents and lenders. Liaison is free for people looking to buy, sell, or finance a home. Our partners pay us for our work.
Liaison is not a real estate brokerage or a lender. We do not give legal, tax, lending, or financial advice.
Your signed agreement comes first
If you are a partner, your signed service agreement with Liaison sets your services, fees, and other terms. If anything in these terms conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
Who can use our services
You must be at least 18 to use our services. When you give us information, it must be true and it must be yours to share.
Our partners are independent
The agents and lenders we connect you with run their own businesses. They, not Liaison, are responsible for their advice, services, and conduct. We vet our partners, but we cannot promise any result, such as a sale, a purchase, a loan approval, or a closing.
Portal accounts
Portal is for Liaison partners.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us right away at support@liaisongrp.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- When your partnership ends, your Portal access ends.
Connected services
Your Liaison account can connect to other services, such as Google Calendar and your customer management software. When you connect one, or ask us to connect it, you allow us to use it as our Privacy Policy describes. You can disconnect it, or ask us to, at any time. Each service has its own terms, and we are not responsible for how those services work.
Texts and calls
Our SMS Messaging Terms apply to text messages from Liaison. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Acceptable use
When you use our websites or Portal, do not:
- Break the law, or use our services to harass, mislead, or harm anyone.
- Submit false information, or someone else's information without their permission.
- Try to reach accounts, data, or systems you are not allowed to reach.
- Copy, scrape, sell, or resell our websites, Portal, or the information in them.
- Overload or disrupt our services, or upload anything harmful.
- Take apart or copy how Portal works.
Our name, brand, and software
Liaison owns the Liaison name, logo, and mark, our websites, Portal, Conduit, and the content we create. You may not use them without our written permission.
Partners keep ownership of the logos, bios, and other materials they give us. By sharing them, partners allow us to use them to provide our services.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Changes to our services
We may add, change, or remove features of our websites and Portal at any time.
Disclaimers
We provide our websites and Portal "as is" and "as available." We work to keep them accurate and running, but we do not promise they will always be available, error free, or secure. Information on our websites is general information, not advice.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- Liaison is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business.
- Liaison's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid Liaison in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
If your signed agreement with Liaison sets a different limit, your signed agreement controls.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or your signed agreement. You may stop using our services at any time. The sections on ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability, and governing law still apply after access ends.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell partners by email or in Portal. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
Arizona law governs these terms. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any lawsuit about these terms or our services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
