SMS Messaging Terms

These terms explain how text messages from Liaison Group LLC, doing business as Liaison ("Liaison," "we," or "us"), work.
What we text about
Our team members, called Envoys, text people who want to buy, sell, or finance a home. We text about your request, such as follow-up questions, matching you with an agent or lender, and appointment details. Every text says who we are and why we are reaching out.
How you agree to receive texts
You may receive texts from us when:
- You submit a request on our website, such as our Get matched form, and agree to be contacted.
- You contacted one of our partners, and that partner asked us to reach out to you on their behalf.
- You text us first, or ask an Envoy to text you.
You can stop our texts at any time and still work with us by phone.
Who sends our texts
Most of our texts come from a Liaison phone number. When we reach out for a partner, a text may come from a number that partner provides. That partner's own terms may also apply.
How often we text
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any text from us. You can also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, tell us in your own words, tell your Envoy on a call, or email support@liaisongrp.com.
We will stop texting you at that number. We may send one text to confirm. If you want our texts again, reply START or ask your Envoy.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number
We share your phone number with a partner only so that partner can serve you. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who can receive our texts
You must be at least 18 and the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you give us.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we will update the "last updated" date at the top.
