Liaison Group LLC, doing business as Liaison ("Liaison," "we," or "us"), is an Arizona limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who this policy covers

• Visitors to liaisongrp.com, partner.liaisongrp.com, and our other websites.
• People looking to buy, sell, or finance a home whom we contact or help. This includes people one of our partners asks us to contact.
• Partners: the real estate agents and lenders who work with us, including through our partner app, Portal.

What Liaison does

Liaison connects people who want to buy, sell, or finance a home with vetted real estate agents and lenders. Our team members, called Envoys, call and text people for our partners and book appointments with them.

Liaison is free for people looking to buy, sell, or finance a home. Our partners pay us for our work, including for appointments we book. Liaison is not a real estate brokerage or a lender.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our websites, talk with an Envoy, or reply to a text or email, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• What you are looking for, such as buying, selling, or financing, and your timeline.
• Notes from our conversations, and the history of our calls, texts, and emails with you.
• Appointment details.

Information partners give us

If you contacted one of our partners, that partner may share your information with us so we can reach out on their behalf. It usually comes from the partner's customer management software, through a connection we set up with the partner's permission. It includes the same kinds of information listed above.

Information about partners

For partners, we collect your name, business name, contact details, signed agreements, and billing information. Stripe handles card payments. We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected when you visit our websites

We may use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and check how fast our pages load. These tools record the page you viewed, the site that sent you, your general location, your device and browser type, and page speed. They do not use cookies and cannot follow you across other websites.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Match you with the right agent or lender and book appointments.
• Call and text you about your request, follow up, and send some automated email updates.
• Run Portal, send partner invoices, and collect payments.
• Keep records of our work for our partners.
• Improve our service and keep it secure.
• Follow the law.

How we use AI

We use AI tools, including Claude from Anthropic, to help our team work. For example, AI helps us organize notes and plan follow-ups.

Call recording

If we record a call, we will tell you at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts may be reviewed with our AI tools to help our team serve you.

Who we share information with

We share information only in these ways:

• The partner connected to you. This is the partner you were matched with, or the partner who asked us to contact you. They use your information to serve you.
• UMe or Dovly, only if you agree. UMe is our lending partner. Dovly is our credit partner. We may be paid when we connect you with them.
• Service providers that help us run Liaison. These are Supabase (data storage), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), HighLevel (texting and customer management), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google (calendar connections), Anthropic and other AI providers, and phone and text message carriers. They may use information only to provide their services to us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Liaison, our partners, or others.
• If Liaison is sold or merged. Information may transfer to the new owner, who must follow this policy.

Text messages and mobile numbers

We share your phone number with a partner only so that partner can serve you. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Google Calendar

If you are a partner and connect Google Calendar in Portal:

• We see the email address of the Google account you connect, so we know which calendar is linked.
• We see the times you are busy, so we do not book over them.
• We create, update, and delete the appointments we book for you.
• We do not read, change, or delete any other events on your calendar.

Our AI assistant, which runs on Claude from Anthropic, may use this calendar information to help schedule and manage your appointments.

Information we receive from Google:

• Is never sold.
• Is never used for advertising.
• Is never used to train AI models.
• Is deleted when you disconnect Google Calendar in Portal.

You can also remove our access at any time in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Liaison's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Portal stores a sign-in token and your settings in your browser so you stay signed in. Portal needs this to work. If you turn on notifications, we store a notification token for your device so we can send them.

How long we keep information

• We keep your information while we are helping you or working for the partner connected to you.
• If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop. We keep a record of your request so we do not contact you again.
• If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it, except records the law requires us to keep.
• When a partnership ends, we delete that partner's information and the information that partner shared with us.
• We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires, even after a deletion request or a partnership ends.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete your information.
• Stop calling, texting, or emailing you.

Email support@liaisongrp.com. We reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. To stop texts right away, reply STOP to any text from us.

How we protect information

We use encrypted connections and limit access to the people who need it. We work with established providers to store and process information. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell partners by email or in Portal.
